EID GIFTS PROJECT
Spreading Joy and Hope This Eid
Eid is a time of happiness, new clothes, gifts, family gatherings, and cherished memories. But for children and families living in extreme poverty, Eid can be a difficult reminder of what they cannot afford. Ahsas Disabled People Organization's Eid Gifts Project brings the joy of Eid to vulnerable children, women, persons with disabilities, and deserving families through carefully prepared Eid gift packages.
Gifts for Vulnerable Children
We provide Eid gifts and new clothes to children from poor families, including children with disabilities, so they can experience the happiness and excitement of Eid like other children.
Support for Families
Eid packages help struggling families meet some of the additional expenses of the festival and allow parents to give their children a more joyful Eid.
Sharing the Joy of Eid
Every gift is more than an item. It is a message of care, inclusion, and hope for people who may otherwise feel forgotten during the celebrations.
Bringing Eid Happiness to Those Who Need It Most
For many families living in extreme poverty, buying new clothes or Eid gifts for their children can be beyond their financial means. Parents may have to choose between basic household needs and giving their children the simple happiness of receiving something new for Eid.
Ahsas DPO works to reduce this burden by providing complete Eid gift packages to deserving children, women, persons with disabilities, and families facing severe financial hardship.
Making Children Feel Included
Every child deserves to feel the excitement of Eid. For children with disabilities living in poor families, financial hardship can create additional barriers to participating in celebrations and enjoying the same experiences as other children.
Through this project, Ahsas aims to bring smiles to the faces of children with disabilities and other vulnerable children by providing new clothes, gifts, and festive treats. A small gift can create a powerful moment of happiness for a child who may have been waiting all year for Eid.
Our focus: reaching children and families who are most vulnerable, including children with disabilities, children from extremely poor households, widows, and families struggling to meet their basic needs.
More Than an Eid Gift
An Eid gift may seem simple, but for a child from a struggling family it can mean much more. A new dress, a small present, or a packet of festive treats can bring excitement, confidence, and a feeling of being remembered.
For parents who are unable to afford Eid gifts for their children, this support can bring relief and allow them to share in the happiness of the occasion without adding further financial pressure to their household.
Creating Smiles, Hope and Belonging
The Eid Gifts Project is built around a simple message: no child should feel forgotten on Eid because of poverty or disability. By reaching vulnerable families, we help create moments of happiness and remind them that their community cares about them.
With the support of donors and partners, Ahsas DPO continues to bring Eid gifts to deserving families and children, helping transform a difficult celebration into one filled with smiles, hope, and cherished memories.
عید گفٹ پروجیکٹ
عید خوشیوں، نئے کپڑوں، تحائف، بچوں کی مسکراہٹوں اور خاندان کے ساتھ خوشگوار لمحات کا تہوار ہے۔ لیکن انتہائی غربت میں زندگی گزارنے والے بہت سے خاندان اپنے بچوں کے لیے نئے کپڑے یا عید کے تحائف خریدنے کی استطاعت نہیں رکھتے۔ احساس ڈس ایبلڈ پیپل آرگنائزیشن کا عید گفٹ پروجیکٹ ایسے ہی مستحق بچوں، خواتین، معذور افراد اور ضرورت مند خاندانوں تک عید کی خوشیاں پہنچانے کے لیے کام کرتا ہے۔
اس منصوبے کے تحت مستحق بچوں اور خاندانوں کو نئے کپڑے، تحائف اور عید کی مٹھائیاں فراہم کی جاتی ہیں۔ خصوصی طور پر غریب خاندانوں کے معذور بچوں کو بھی اس پروگرام میں شامل کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ وہ بھی دوسرے بچوں کی طرح عید کی خوشیوں، نئے کپڑوں اور تحائف سے لطف اندوز ہو سکیں۔
بعض والدین کے لیے اپنے بچوں کے لیے عید کے کپڑے یا ایک چھوٹا سا تحفہ خریدنا بھی بہت مشکل ہوتا ہے، کیونکہ ان کی محدود آمدنی گھر کے کھانے، علاج اور دیگر بنیادی ضروریات میں خرچ ہو جاتی ہے۔ ایسے خاندانوں کے لیے ایک عید گفٹ صرف ایک تحفہ نہیں بلکہ ان کے بچوں کے چہروں پر خوشی لانے کا ذریعہ بنتا ہے۔
احساس کی کوشش ہے کہ کوئی بچہ غربت یا معذوری کی وجہ سے عید کی خوشیوں سے محروم محسوس نہ کرے۔ ایک نیا لباس، ایک چھوٹا سا تحفہ یا عید کی مٹھائی کسی بچے کے لیے ایک ایسی خوبصورت یاد بن سکتی ہے جسے وہ ہمیشہ یاد رکھے۔
آپ کے تعاون سے ہم مزید مستحق بچوں اور خاندانوں تک عید کی خوشیاں پہنچا سکتے ہیں اور انہیں یہ احساس دلا سکتے ہیں کہ وہ اکیلے نہیں ہیں، بلکہ معاشرہ ان کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے۔
