Ahsas Disabled People Organization has been working tirelessly for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities for the last 20 years.
We believe that mobility, access, and equal participation are fundamental human rights, not charity. Ahsas actively raises awareness among persons with disabilities about their legal, social, and civic rights, empowering them to stand for themselves with confidence and dignity.
Over the past two decades, Ahsas has continuously struggled at both societal and government levels to ensure that persons with disabilities are recognized as equal citizens. We engage with communities, institutions, and relevant authorities to advocate for accessible infrastructure, inclusive policies, social acceptance, and equal opportunities.
Our mission is to build a society where persons with disabilities are not marginalized, but respected, heard, and included in all aspects of life.
احساس معذور افراد کی تنظیم گزشتہ 20 سالوں سے معذور افراد کے حقوق، عزت اور سماجی شمولیت کے لیے مسلسل جدوجہد کر رہی ہے۔
ہم اس بات پر یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ نقل و حرکت، رسائی اور مساوی شرکت معذور افراد کا بنیادی حق ہے، خیرات نہیں۔ احساس معذور افراد میں ان کے قانونی، سماجی اور شہری حقوق کے بارے میں آگاہی پیدا کرتی ہے تاکہ وہ باوقار اور بااعتماد طریقے سے اپنے حقوق کے لیے آواز اٹھا سکیں۔
گزشتہ دو دہائیوں کے دوران، احساس نے سماجی سطح اور حکومتی اداروں دونوں میں معذور افراد کے حقوق کے لیے جدوجہد کی ہے، تاکہ انہیں برابر کے شہری تسلیم کیا جائے۔ ہم رسائی، شمولیتی پالیسیوں، سماجی قبولیت اور مساوی مواقع کے فروغ کے لیے مسلسل آواز بلند کرتے ہیں۔
ہمارا مقصد ایک ایسا معاشرہ تشکیل دینا ہے جہاں معذور افراد کو نظرانداز نہیں بلکہ باعزت، بااختیار اور مکمل طور پر شامل کیا جائے۔
Disablity Rights معذور افراد کے حقوق
To strengthen our struggle for disability rights, Ahsas Disabled People Organization has established the Department of Disability Rights Protection. This department has been created to provide legal protection, justice, and support to persons with disabilities who face discrimination, harassment, or injustice.
Our legal team works under the supervision of Sardar Javaid, Advocate High Court, ensuring professional and lawful representation. A dedicated front desk has been established to receive and register court cases of persons with disabilities, making legal access easier and more dignified.
This is a newly launched project and is currently facing financial limitations. At present, its services are available only in District Mansehra, but our vision is to expand this department across Pakistan in the future so that persons with disabilities everywhere can access justice.
Services Provided
Protection from illegal cases and unlawful harassment by police
Legal support against harassment or abuse by government or private institutions
Land and property cases, where property is illegally occupied or seized by force
Legal guidance and protection for persons with disabilities facing injustice
Support in other disability-related legal matters
Through this department, Ahsas aims to ensure that persons with disabilities are not left alone in the legal system, but are protected, supported, and empowered to defend their rights with dignity.
حقوقِ معذوراں کی جدوجہد کو مؤثر بنانے کے لیے احساس معذور افراد کی تنظیم نے شعبہ تحفظِ حقوقِ معذوراں قائم کیا ہے۔ اس شعبے کا مقصد معذور افراد کو قانونی تحفظ، انصاف اور مدد فراہم کرنا ہے جو امتیازی سلوک، ہراسانی یا ناانصافی کا شکار ہوں۔
ہمارا قانونی پینل سردار جاوید، ایڈووکیٹ ہائی کورٹ کی نگرانی میں کام کر رہا ہے تاکہ معذور افراد کو مستند اور باوقار قانونی معاونت فراہم کی جا سکے۔ معذور افراد کے عدالتی مقدمات کے اندراج کے لیے ایک فرنٹ ڈیسک قائم کیا گیا ہے تاکہ انہیں قانونی نظام تک آسان رسائی حاصل ہو۔
یہ ایک نیا شروع کیا گیا منصوبہ ہے اور اس وقت مالی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔ فی الحال اس کی خدمات صرف ضلع مانسہرہ میں دستیاب ہیں، تاہم ہمارا عزم ہے کہ مستقبل میں اس شعبے کو پورے پاکستان تک وسعت دی جائے۔

پولیس کی جانب سے غیر قانونی مقدمات اور غیر قانونی ہراسانی سے تحفظ
سرکاری یا نجی اداروں کی طرف سے ہراسانی کے خلاف قانونی مدد
زمین اور جائیداد کے مقدمات جہاں جائیداد پر ناجائز قبضہ کیا گیا ہو
معذور افراد کو درپیش قانونی مسائل میں رہنمائی اور تحفظ
دیگر معذور افراد سے متعلق قانونی معاملات
اس شعبے کے ذریعے احساس اس بات کو یقینی بنانا چاہتی ہے کہ معذور افراد قانونی نظام میں اکیلے نہ ہوں بلکہ انہیں مکمل تحفظ، مدد اور باعزت نمائندگی حاصل ہو۔
